Olivia's Organics Cooking Greens are ready to sauté, steam, braise in liquid, or eat raw.

  • Sauté in olive oil or butter – add garlic, onion, or shallot – cooks in minutes – finish with lemon juice, white wine or broth.

  • Add shredded carrot, leftover meat, fresh or frozen corn, chopped tomatoes,
    beans, lentils, almonds, raisons, pine nuts, flavored olive oils.

  • Serve cooked greens over pasta, rice, quinoa, mashed potatoes, and polenta.

  • Serve alongside beef, chicken, fish or pork.

  • Use in soups and stews, add to rice pilafs and risottos.

  • Top pizza, bruschetta, or add to calzones.

  • Cook with eggs, use in omelet’s and quiche.

  • Use raw in salads, pestos and green smoothies.

  • Make chips – bake in oven with olive oil and sea salt.
